(5) Ignorant people are people who have the intelligence to change from being gnorant to being informed. Ignorant people who have the intelligence to change and do not, remain ignorant. Ignorant people who have the intelligence to change and do so are called educated, talented, refi ned or unignorant. (6) Ignorant people are aware that there are things they need to learn. The desire and the ability to learn will make these ignorant people become unignorant.
